Terms & risk disclosure
Terms and disclaimer
The website’s role, the limits of its examples and the risks of futures execution and automation.
Independent website and service relationship
T2T is an independent website focused on TradingView to Tradovate execution workflows. It is not the official website of either platform and does not claim their endorsement or partnership.
External services supply account connections and order routing. Brokerage, exchange access, market data and firm accounts remain subject to their providers’ terms. T2T does not directly execute trades, provide a brokerage account, hold funds or operate a trading-service checkout.
Educational examples and technical scope
The guides, JSON examples and diagrams explain configuration and order concepts. They are not investment recommendations, trading signals, a suitability assessment or a complete strategy. Illustrative prices are not current market quotes.
Correct syntax does not establish permission to trade, availability of a contract, adequate margin, supported connector behavior or successful execution. Verify the current provider documentation and test the exact configuration in a permitted environment.
Account-specific features and restrictions can change. Native platform features do not imply identical support on every third-party route. Prices on these pages have a stated verification date; confirm current total charges with the provider.
Futures and automation risk disclosure
Futures are leveraged instruments and involve substantial risk. Losses can exceed the money deposited. Use only capital you can afford to lose, and understand the account’s margin, liquidation and contract rules.
Automation can submit an unintended instruction, encounter a rejection, repeat an event, lose connectivity or fail to place or amend protection. Market gaps and slippage can move the actual fill away from the requested level. A stop or breakeven level does not guarantee a maximum loss or a cost-free exit.
Past or simulated performance does not guarantee future results. Demo fills and strategy-emulator orders do not establish live fills. No guide or service link promises profits, an evaluation pass or permission from a prop firm.
Your configuration and third-party terms
Confirm the account, environment, instrument, quantity, order type and exit ownership before enabling a route. Check current broker and firm permissions. Maintain an independent way to inspect account positions and working orders.
Registration, subscription and execution on external services are governed by those services’ terms. T2T does not alter their obligations, grant account permissions or guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Names, images and site materials
TradingView, Tradovate and other third-party names remain their owners’ trademarks and are used to identify the platforms discussed. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship.
The T2T identity, diagrams and explanatory illustrations are original site assets. The connection guide identifies its public dashboard screenshot. Original terminal and workstation scenes are illustrative, not authentic broker screenshots, customer testimonials or execution results.
